Class Representative Service Payments. Class Representative Service Payments not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to Plaintiff, or such lesser amount as may be approved by the Court, in recognition of his services on behalf of the Class in initiating and prosecuting the Action, and for the risks he undertook by bringing the Action. • PAGA Payment.
