Classes of Business Reinsured. A. By this Contract the Company obligates itself to cede to the Reinsurer and the Reinsurer obligates itself to accept quota share reinsurance of the Company's Net Liability under policies, contracts, and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called "Policies") in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Homeowners Multiple Peril (Sections I and II) and Dwelling Fire business located in the State of Florida.
