Common use of Classification by Professional Preparation Clause in Contracts

Classification by Professional Preparation. a. A teacher shall be placed on the appropriate class of the salary schedule in accordance with the degrees and advanced preparation he/she has completed. b. A teacher may be given credit for up to seven (7) years teaching experience at the time of initial placement on the salary schedule. c.
