Classification Changes and New Positions. 6.2.1 The setting of a job classification and accompanying wage rate in the wage schedules attached to this Agreement shall not bind the Board to create or fill such a position. However, it is understood that the Union retains the right to grieve the classification of any employee or group of employees covered under this Agreement. 6.2.2 All new classifications and revised job descriptions shall be referred to the Job Evaluation Committee for review and rating.
