Classification Review Board. A. The Classification Review Board will be composed of one representative of the CWA, one representative of the AOC and one Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) mutually selected by the other two members. Any one of these two members may at any time insist that the SME’s services be terminated for cause (pertaining to unavailability or insufficient availability, inability to produce quality recommendations, inappropriate behavior or failure to meet established time frames), and be replaced by another SME for all future appeals. The Judiciary shall pay the SME.
