Common use of Classification Review Committee Clause in Contracts

Classification Review Committee. The Employer and Union agree to establish a Joint Committee consisting of two (2) Employer representatives and two (2) CUPE representatives to review a select number of current positions for classification consideration. The Committee shall report its findings and recommendations by 2007 December 31 to their respective principals. Such recommendations shall be implemented by mutual agreement by the parties.
