Common use of Classification Review Clause in Contracts

Classification Review. (a) An employee who has good reason to believe that they are improperly classified may apply to the Manager of the Department to have their classification reviewed. The Manager of the Department will give consideration to such application and notify the employee accordingly. (b) Should the employee feel that they have not received proper consideration in regard to a classification review, they may request that the matter be further reviewed by discussion between the Union and the Employer. (c) The Employer shall notify the Union of their position within thirty (30) days of the matter being brought to them by the Union.

(c) The Employer shall notify the Union of their position or her delegate within thirty (30) days of the matter being brought to them by the Union.thirty

The Manager of the Department Executive Director will give consideration to such application and notify the employee Employee accordingly. (b) Should the employee Employee feel that they have she has not received proper consideration in regard to a classification review, they she may request that the matter be further reviewed by discussion between the Union and the Employer. (c) The Employer shall notify the Union of their position the decision within thirty sixty (3060) days of the matter being brought to them by the UnionUnion to the Employer.

(b) Should the employee Employee feel that they have she has not received proper consideration in regard to a classification review, they she may request that the matter be further reviewed by discussion between the Union Association and the Employer. (c) The Employer shall notify the Union of their position within thirty (30) days Association of the matter being brought to them by outcome of the Unionreview within sixty (60) days.
