The creation and preservation of a safe, healthy, clean, quiet and comfortable classroom and general school atmosphere is necessary for the best interests of the children, the teachers, and the furtherance of the educational process. B. It is our mutual responsibility to make every effort to maintain such an atmosphere. C. Buildings shall be kept as clean, safe and healthful as possible.
