CLASSROOM RULES. Students need to bring a pencil, paper, and textbook each time they attend the traditional classes. -Students’ dress code should be considered casual: shorts and shirts ofreasonable length are acceptable. Instructors reserve the right to refuse entrance to any student not appropriately dressed. -Students should not bring food, drink, candy, gum, etc. into the classroom. -Students should not write on chalkboards, desks, or other school property without permission. -Students should not litter. -Students need to turn off electronics during classroom instruction. -Students must follow the instructor’s directions. -Students must use appropriate behavior at all times while in the building and in the classroom. -Students will not smoke or bring alcohol on the premises. -Students must wait for class or rides outside of the building. (Dress appropriately for the weather.) -Students should be punctual, as missed time must be made-up. Missing class results in a $25.00 rescheduling fee. -Students should leave the computer and teacher’s materials alone. -Students must pass 30 hours of classroom instruction with an 80% average. -A learner’s permit is required to be with the student while he/she is driving. -No flip flops or sandals whiledriving. -No food or drink in car while driving. -Appropriate dress is required while driving. (Instructor discretion) -Do not leave belongings or trash in the vehicles. -Do not bother other students in the car, or distract the driver. -Follow the instructor’s directions. -No personal electronics while driving the car. -No smoking or alcohol on the premises. -Understand you will be exposed to the elements, and that you should dress appropriately. -Be on time, missed time must be made up. Missing drives will result in a $25.00 rescheduling fee. -Students must pass 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction with an 80% average.
