Clause 7. 5.1 of Clause 7.5 (Right of replacement or repayment and cancellation in relation to a single Lender), request that the Commitments be increased (and the Commitments shall be so increased) in an aggregate amount of up to the amount of the Commitment so cancelled as follows:

Clause 7. Docking clause

Clause 7. 5 – Dispute Settlement contained in this Agreement shall be used to resolve any dispute arising from the operations of this clause. Where such a dispute is not resolved, either party may refer the matter to the Commission.

Clause 7. Mediation and jurisdiction

Clause 7. The continuity of the service granted herein, essential element to the regimen of its provision, will be characterized by the non-interruption of the service, abiding by the suspension out of default of the user as per terms of disposition of clause 9.2 and article 3rd, item VI, of Law No. 9,472 of 1997.

Clause 7. The Parties acknowledge and agree that aggregate information on payment transactions executed on the Account, changes in the Account Balance and any fees and commissions due to the Bank shall be presented to the Account Holder on Account Statements.
