Hourly Rate of Pay. 14.1 Hourly rate of pay increments and classifications shall be as set out in Appendix “A”. (a) Unless otherwise changed by the operation of this Collective Agreement, hourly rate of pay increments for Regular Full-time Employees shall be applied on the appropriate anniversary of the date the Employee commenced employment with the Employer as a Regular Full-time Employee.
