Additional Pay Clause Samples
The "Additional Pay" clause defines the circumstances under which an employee or contractor is entitled to receive compensation beyond their standard salary or agreed-upon fees. This clause typically outlines specific triggers for extra payment, such as overtime work, completion of special projects, or meeting certain performance targets. By clearly specifying when and how additional payments are earned, the clause ensures transparency and helps prevent disputes over compensation, thereby motivating performance and clarifying financial expectations.
