Cleaning and Trash Removal Clause Samples

The CLEANING AND TRASH REMOVAL clause sets out the responsibilities of the parties regarding the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises, specifically addressing who is responsible for cleaning and removing trash. Cleaning and Trash Removal. The property is deemed to be in satisfactory condition when it is left in the same condition as it was prior to the event. IWMC will conduct a post event inspection to determine condition of premises. If the Client is not present, deficiencies will be recorded with photographs and provided to the Client along with an invoice for cleaning/repair costs. Interior events are required to remove all trash from trash cans and place all trash bags in dumpster provided. If an interior event utilizes a caterer, the caterer is required to remove all trash from premise. When trash removal is not performed, the User will be charged $100.00 trash removal fee. Clients are responsible for any damage or stains which occurs because of the removal of trash, spills, or leaks and will be required to pressure wash if a stain is left behind. Pressure washing must be completed by a professional with the utmost care taken to preserve the integrity of the surface and grout. If the Client does not complete the requisite clean-up, trash removal, or fails to remediate damages, the venue will be restored by IWMC staff and/or contractor and the Client agrees to pay IWMC for all damages and all labor, fees, and materials resulting from noncompliance of this agreement.
Cleaning and Trash Removal. The Partnership shall provide ongoing sweeping and trash removal services, and shall provide Maintenance of the Leased Premises, Partnership Prope1iy and Repair Areas after all Major League Baseball Games, Baseball Related Events and Non-Baseball Events, and at all other times, as necessary, during the Tenn and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, so as to Maintain the Leased Premises, Partnership Property and Repair Areas in confonnity with the standard set forth in Section 8.2(b).
Cleaning and Trash Removal. Lessor shall provide for the daily weekday cleaning of all common areas and the collection and removal of trash from a central area. Lessee shall provide for the daily weekday cleaning of the interior of the office and the placement of trash in the central trash collector. For cleaning the office interior, Lessee shall use either the cleaning contractor selected by Lessor to clean Renar Centre or a duly licensed cleaning contractor approved by Lessor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Cleaning and Trash Removal. The Padres shall provide ongoing sweeping and trash removal services, and shall provide Maintenance (including cleaning) of the Ballpark Property after all Events, and at all other times, as necessary, during the Term, so as to Maintain the Ballpark Property in a safe and First-Class manner.
Cleaning and Trash Removal. Landlord shall cause the common areas of the Building and the Premises including all restrooms to be kept clean, in good order and condition in a manner consistent with other first-class office buildings in the greater Boston “Metro-West” area provided the same are maintained and kept in good order by Tenant. Cleaning standards shall be in accordance with Exhibit C. Tenant agrees, at its sole cost and expense, except to the extent recycling and waste management services are provided by Landlord, (a) to comply with all present and future laws, orders and regulations of the Federal, State, county, municipal or other governing authorities, departments, commissions, agencies and boards regarding the collection, sorting, separation, composting and recycling of garbage, trash, rubbish and other refuse (collectively, “trash”); (b) to comply with Landlord’s recycling policy (which shall be uniformly applied to all similarly situated office tenants), if any, as part of Landlord’s Sustainability Policy where it may be more stringent than applicable law; and (c) that Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this Section.
Cleaning and Trash Removal. Landlord shall remove the trash from and clean the Common Areas of the Building and the Project, all to the standards of a first-class creative office project. Tenant shall separately contract for janitorial services to be provided to the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Landlord shall have no obligation to provide janitorial services to the Premises, and janitorial and cleaning expenses for tenanted space shall be excluded from Operating Expenses otherwise payable by Tenant.

  • Trash Removal Empty all trash containers, replace liners as needed; DO NOT place leaking trash bags on carpet/floor. Any damage caused by not adhering thereof, will be cleaned with appropriate tools and chemicals at the contractor’s expense.

  • Snow Removal The plowing of snow from all roadways and unobstructed parking areas shall be at the sole expense of LESSOR. The control of snow and ice on all walkways, steps and loading areas serving the leased premises and all other areas not readily accessible to plows shall be the sole responsibility of LESSEE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, LESSEE shall hold LESSOR and OWNER harmless from any and all claims by LESSEE's agents, representatives, employees, callers or invitees for damage or personal injury resulting in any way from snow or ice on any area serving the leased premises.

  • CLEANING UP 4.15.1 Before commencement of any on-site activities, Contractor is required to prepare and submit to the Project Manager a Construction Site Waste Reduction Plan. Failure to comply with this provision or a failure to comply with the plan itself will result in withholding of general conditions’ money from the contractor’s monthly requisition until Contractor has rectified the situation and is in full compliance with these provisions. 4.15.2 The Contractor at all times shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish. At the completion of the Work he shall remove all his waste materials and rubbish from and about. the Project as well as all his tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials and shall leave the premises in a clean and satisfactory condition. 4.15.3 If the Contractor fails to clean up at the completion of the Work, the State may do so as provided in Paragraph 3.4 and the cost thereof shall be charged to the Contractor.

  • Debris Removal a. We will pay your reasonable expense for the removal of: (1) Debris of covered property if a Peril Insured Against that applies to the damaged property causes the loss; or (2) Ash, dust or particles from a volcanic eruption that has caused direct loss to a building or property contained in a building. b. We will also pay your reasonable expense, up to $1,000, for the removal from the "residence premises" of: (1) Your trees felled by the peril of Windstorm or Hail or Weight of Ice, (2) A neighbor's trees felled by a Peril Insured Against under Coverage C; provided the trees: (3) Damage a covered structure; or (4) Do not damage a covered structure, but: (a) Block a driveway on the "residence premises" which prevents a "motor vehicle", that is registered for use on public roads or property, from entering or leaving the "residence premises"; or (b) Block a ramp or other fixture designed to assist a handicapped person to enter or leave the dwelling building.

  • Cleaning At all times, the Contractor shall keep the Site and the Work clean and free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by the construction activities under the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that the entire Project is thoroughly cleaned prior to requesting Substantial Completion Inspection and, again, upon completion of the Project prior to the Final Completion Inspection.
