CLEANING PRODUCTS. All cleaning products shall be suitable for the surfaces intended, used in the manner specified by the manufacturer and brought onto the premises in the manufacturer's original unopened container. The Museum may instruct the contractor to discontinue the use of any product judged not suitable and to substitute another mutually satisfactory product. The contractor shall ensure that all cleaning products used in the workplace are classified and labeled according to the workplace hazardous materials information systems (WHMIS 2015). Two binders with the copies of the safety data sheets (SDS) shall be kept on the premises and updated when new cleaning products are purchased. The first binder shall be readily available to the Museum upon request. The second copy of the SDS Binder is to be kept with Protection Services for first-aid-related matters. All cleaning products shall be environmentally safe, and shall bear the “Environmental Choice” EcoLogo or acceptable equivalency. They shall be unscented or low scent and biodegradable. A detailed list, with WHMIS 2015 data support, shall be provided to the Museum prior to its use. When products are required and they are not bearing the “Environmental Choice” EcoLogo a notice from the Contractor shall be provided to the Museum stating that acceptable alternatives are not commonly available and they must be approved by the Museum prior to their use. All supplies brought on site, must be screened by the Museum Pest Management Team or Facilities & Protection, and may be subject to decontamination for a period of up to 7 days prior to use. All deliveries of equipment and supplies shall be made through the Shipping/Receiving area located on the West side of the building, and during its regular hours of operation; 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The Museum shall not be responsible for damage or theft of the contractor's cleaning products. The contractor shall provide an adequate supply of all cleaning and sanitary products at all times, compatible with the Museum’s systems and dispensers. Museum approval is required to replace, or change type of products or dispensers.   • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.
