WORK HOURS AND HOLIDAYS. The Contractor's primary Services, will be to provide responses to routine and emergency locate requests that are directly received from the County or the County' designated One-Call Center. The Contractor will need to available Monday through Friday 7am-5pm.

WORK HOURS AND HOLIDAYS a. The Vendor will provide these services five days per week, Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. b. The schedule for these services will be determined by the agreement of the parties. c. Holidays honored are New Year’s Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇., Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteeth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Native American Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
WORK HOURS AND HOLIDAYS. A. Official work hours for the FDIC are between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All work under this Contract is to be performed during this time frame, unless specifically authorized in writing by the FDIC Oversight Manager. B. FDIC offices will be closed on all Federal holidays and all announced official snow days. Contractor will not be authorized to work nor will Contractor be allowed access to FDIC offices on these days unless specifically authorized in writing by the FDIC Oversight Manager.

  • Vacations and Holidays The Executive will be entitled to three (3) weeks' paid vacation each calendar year in accordance with the vacation policies of the Employer in effect for its executive officers from time to time. The Executive will also be entitled to the paid holidays and other paid leave set forth in the Employer's policies. Vacation days during any calendar year that are not used by the Executive during such calendar year may be used in any subsequent calendar year; provided, however, that no more than six weeks' paid vacation may be accrued or carried forward.

  • Weekend Holidays 9.3.1. A full-time employee who works a Monday through Friday schedule and the calendar holiday falls on a Saturday, the employee shall be allowed the preceding day off. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the employee shall be allowed the following day off. If the employee works the day preceding or following such a holiday, he/she shall be given another workday off with pay or shall receive payment for that day at the regular rate. 9.3.2. A full-time employee who works other than a Monday through Friday schedule and who is not scheduled to work on a calendar holiday shall be given at the discretion of the Employer (1) another scheduled workday off with pay, or (2) an additional day's pay at his/her regular rate if funds are available.

  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (28 business days) of vacation, and also sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company’s policies established and in effect from time to time.

  • HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY PAY 255. A holiday is calculated based on an eight-hour day. Provided further, if January 1, July 4, November 11 or December 25 falls on a Sunday, the Monday following is a holiday.

  • PAID HOLIDAYS (a) A full-time employee who otherwise qualifies hereunder shall receive the following paid holidays:
