The STAFFING AND TRAINING clause sets out the obligations of a party, typically a service provider or contractor, to ensure that personnel assigned to a project are adequately qualified and receive necessary training. This clause may require the provider to maintain a certain number of staff with specific skills or certifications, and to provide ongoing training to keep staff updated on relevant procedures or technologies. Staffing and Training. PERFORMANCE METRICS AND MEASUREMENT All cleaning personnel shall receive regular training. Vendors shall supply evidence of compliance with training requirements prior to contract award or renewal. PRACTICES TO OPTIMIZE STAFFING AND TRAINING All cleaning staff and managers shall receive environmental safety and health training, addressing, at minimum, hazards associated with the use, disposal and recycling of cleaning chemicals, dispensing equipment and packaging.
Staffing and Training. The Fire Chief reserves the right to limit the total number of authorized paramedics in any rank needed by the Division. He/she shall designate that number and the names of those authorized. Those on the authorized list will be paid according to Section 12.2(A)(2) above, provided that the employee maintains his/her paramedic certification. No employee without such authorization shall be assigned on either a temporary or permanent basis to paramedic responsibilities, regardless of whether or not the employee is a certified paramedic. Should the Fire Chief at any time reduce the number of paramedics authorized to receive the paramedic differential which requires removal of paramedics from the authorized group, the Fire Chief shall first solicit volunteers for removal, and from those who volunteer, select those to be so removed. In making the selection for removal, the Chief shall favor the senior volunteer(s) (seniority will be based on time as a paramedic). If a more senior volunteer is not removed for any reason, upon request from the employee not removed, the Chief shall provide the rationale and reason(s) for the decision to the employee in writing. Should there be insufficient volunteers selected for removal to satisfy the Division's need for reductions, those removed shall be the least senior as a paramedic. If a less senior paramedic is not removed for any reason, upon request from any employee directly affected by the decision, the Chief shall provide the rationale and reason(s) for the decision to the employee in writing. When the Fire Chief decides that additional certified paramedics are needed to meet Division needs, he/she shall first solicit volunteers for such certification training from those Journeyman Firefighters, and the Chief shall select those to be so trained. In making his/her selection, the Chief shall favor the senior volunteer(s) in the rank of Firefighter. If a more senior volunteer is not selected for any reason, upon request from the employee not selected, the Chief shall provide the rationale and reason(s) for non- selection to the employee in writing. Staffing and Training. DHS will provide sufficient staffing levels necessary for adjudicating eligibility appeals and all other functions incorporated through this Agreement, in accordance with state and federal law and MNsure policies and procedures: DHS will monitor staffing levels on an ongoing basis and will preemptively identify options for filling staffing vacancies on short notice. DHS will monitor on an ongoing basis all staffing and training weakness and report the same upon identification to MNsure, which will actively identify potential solutions for DHS to explore.

The First Responder programs and Public Safety First Aid are able to utilize our EMSC grant with UCD-MC to reimburse instructor training costs. • Providing ongoing certification/authorization/accreditation or personnel approval of local scope of practice for all certification levels North Coast EMS issues numerous EMT-I certifications, paramedic accreditations and MICN authorizations annually. The County shall provide sufficient mental health staffing to ensure timely access to adequate mental health treatment and meet the obligations and provide the services listed in this Agreement. Except for staffing for the women's case load population and the Forensic Inpatient Program, mental health staffing shall be no lower than one psychiatrist per 100 inmates who require medication. Staffing for the women's case load population shall be enhanced due to higher utilization rates of mental health services. Staffing for the Forensic Inpatient Program shall ensure timely access to adequate treatment and shall minimally meet licensure standards currently governing such program.

Consistent with applicable Legal Requirements and subject to Sections 4.1(b), 4.1(c), 4.1(d), and 4.2(b), as applicable, (i) Astellas shall pay Incentive Compensation to its Sales Representatives with respect to the Product in accordance with Astellas’s Incentive Compensation plan applicable to Astellas’s own products, subject to any deviations implemented by Astellas to comply with Astellas’s [***], and (ii) Zogenix shall pay Incentive Compensation to its Sales Representatives with respect to the Product in accordance with Zogenix’s Incentive Compensation plan applicable to products of Zogenix other than the Product, subject to any deviations implemented by Zogenix to comply with Zogenix [***].
(b) From time to time, each Party shall, in consultation with the other Party (a) establish training objectives and training plans for members of such Party’s Sales Force and (b) develop and produce all training programs and materials to be used by such Party for initial and refresher training of the members of its Sales Force; it being understood and agreed by the Parties that in the event of any dispute between the Parties with respect to such objectives or plans or the content of any such programs or materials, each Party shall have discretion to make final determinations with respect to such objectives, plans, or content, subject to Section 4.6.
(c) Such training materials and programs with respect to the Sales Forces shall address the following matters: disease state, Product knowledge, competitive product knowledge, such Party’s applicable business policies, Sample distribution policies, obligations under this Agreement, coordination with counterparts on the other Party’s Sales Force, administration, and other appropriate information.
(d) Without limitation to Section 5.3(c), each Party shall provide training to each member of its Sales Force prior to his or her commencement of Promotion of the Product hereunder to ensure that he or she is properly trained with respect to all matters described in Section 4.5(c) and able to satisfy his or her Promotion responsibilities under this Agreement (the “Initial Sales Force Training Program”). Staffing and Training. Reseller shall appoint its technically suitable employees to sell the nHome System, and provide Bank and End-User support. Reseller shall, at its sole cost and expense, send the appropriate sales, technical and training personnel to such training programs and other refresher and upgrade training as nFront may, at reasonable intervals, require. nFront shall provide periodic routine consultation and advice to Reseller in connection with Reseller's sales and service hereunder and shall provide (a) technical, specification and sales advice, (b) assistance and advice concerning promotional and training programs, and (c) suggestions for new applications for the nHome System at Reseller's cost. nFront shall furnish Reseller with a reasonable supply of price lists, sales literature, catalogues, specifications for Generic Hardware, Documentation and advisory assistance with respect to installing the nHome System. All proprietary demonstration equipment, manuals, instruction books, contract forms, sales and promotional materials, Documentation and similar material furnished to Reseller by nFront, whether furnished free of charge or not, shall remain the property of nFront and upon request shall be returned to nFront by Reseller.
