District Summer School Principal "Summer School Principal. The District will recruit and select one (1) per school site, qualified administrators to serve as a Summer School Principal. The Summer School Principals, shall cooperate to a reasonable extent with TFA staff onsite to implement the District Student Code of Conduct and in the event of a matter beyond the scope of such Code of Conduct, Summer School Principals are authorized to cooperate in a reasonable manner, subject to applicable law and District Policies, Regulations, and/or procedures, and legally binding contractual obligations, to collaborate with the TFA school leadership team to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions. Summer School Principals will be required to attend a number of meetings with the TFA school leadership team to ensure planning for the summer is complete. In addition, Summer School Principals will be required to participate in the hiring of Teachers of Record and School Director and to attend the training designated for Teachers of Record, as set forth in Section 2.6c below.
