CLEANING/UPKEEP OF THE TOILETS/SANITORY BLOCKS a) Cleaning with approved chemical /detergent including scrubbing the urinal pots, basins, WC pans open drains, wash basins etc. daily at 08:30 hrs. & 14:30 hrs. followed by a mop of phenyl /disinfectant. b) Replenishment of consumables like paper role, toilet soap in the dispensers, naphthalene balls c) To check proper functioning of taps, dispensers, flushing cisterns, urinal sensors, leaks / chokes in drainage lines and inform officer in charge in case of malfunctioning. d) Emptying out dustbins in toilets regularly minimum twice daily and washing the dustbins in toilets weekly. e) Cleaning of louvers, glazing, mirrors regularly. f) Washing tiles with detergents, powder & scrubbers on weekly basis. g) Mild soap cleaning of doors internally & externally for removal of stains weekly. h) Wiping / cleaning of hand dryers on regular basis.   • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • CLEANING UP 4.15.1 Before commencement of any on-site activities, Contractor is required to prepare and submit to the Project Manager a Construction Site Waste Reduction Plan. A sample plan is available at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/dec/wastediv/recycling/CandD.htm . Failure to comply with this provision or a failure to comply with the plan itself will result in withholding of general conditions’ money from the contractor’s monthly requisition until Contractor has rectified the situation and is in full compliance with these provisions. 4.15.2 The Contractor at all times shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish. At the completion of the Work he shall remove all his waste materials and rubbish from and about. the Project as well as all his tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials and shall leave the premises in a clean and satisfactory condition. 4.15.3 If the Contractor fails to clean up at the completion of the Work, the State may do so as provided in Paragraph 3.4 and the cost thereof shall be charged to the Contractor.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing non-residential buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.
