Cleanliness. Resident agrees to keep the room in a clean and sanitary condition during the entire term of occupancy and to return his/her room to Provider in the same condition, including general cleanliness, as it was at the beginning of the term of occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted as determined by College acting on behalf of Provider. When there is vacant space in a partially occupied multi-person room, the vacant space must be maintained by the occupant(s) in a manner that will allow a new Resident to move in immediately. Failure to do so will result in assessment of a cleaning charge to Resident’s account.
Cleanliness. Tenant shall maintain all interior and exterior areas, including lawn/grounds, of the leased premises in a clean and sanitary condition, free from debris, garbage and physical hazards. Tenant agrees to perform routine cleaning throughout the leased premises on a regular basis. Routine cleaning includes, but is not limited to vacuuming any carpeting, sweeping and washing floors, scrubbing the tub/shower, scrubbing the toilet and sinks, dusting, washing dishes, discarding and removing trash, and cleaning the interior and exterior of all appliances and fixtures.
Cleanliness. Student agrees to maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition and to return the room/apartment back to the Office of Housing in the same condition, including general cleanliness, as it was at the beginning of the term of occupancy, ordinary wear and tear is expected.
Cleanliness. (a) The Client is responsible for ensuring that all of its nominated road Transportation Vehicles comply with the Viterra Road Vehicle Hygiene Requirements and arrive at a Port Terminal Facility in a clean, empty and well maintained state free from any contaminants or residue.
(b) Viterra has no obligation to inspect any Transportation Vehicle for cleanliness. However, if Viterra does inspect a Transportation Vehicle (which it may do, in its absolute discretion), then Viterra (acting reasonably) is entitled to reject the Transportation Vehicle as unfit for the transportation of Bulk Wheat and to refuse to load or unload the Transportation Vehicle.
(c) Viterra is not liable for any Loss (including Indirect or Consequential Loss) which arises as a result of a rejection of a Transportation Vehicle (whether by Viterra, Department of Agriculture or a marine surveyor).
(d) The Client agrees to pay Viterra for any costs incurred by Viterra as a result of the rejection of a Transportation Vehicle by Viterra, Department of Agriculture or a marine surveyor.
(e) Transportation Vehicles are not permitted to be cleaned at any Port Terminal Facility without Viterra’s prior written consent. If a Transportation Vehicle fails inspection, Viterra may require that a Transportation Vehicle is removed from the Port Terminal Facility or berth and the Client must comply with that requirement.
Cleanliness. You have a right to a living space that is clean and well kept. You have a responsibility to contribute to the upkeep of common areas by taking garbage to the garbage compound and not leaving dishes in lounges or common areas.
Cleanliness. (a) The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all vessels arrive at a Port Terminal Facility in a clean, empty and well maintained state free from any Contaminants or residue.
(b) CBH is not obliged to inspect any vessel for cleanliness but if it does inspect then CBH, acting reasonably at all times, is entitled to reject the vessel as unfit for the transportation of Bulk Wheat and to refuse to load the vessel.
(c) CBH is not liable for any Loss or Damage caused as a result of a rejection of the vessel.
(d) The Customer agrees to pay CBH for any costs incurred by CBH as a result of the rejection of a vessel by CBH or DAFF.
(e) Vessels are not permitted to be cleaned at any Port Terminal Facility without CBH’s consent. If CBH consents to cleaning of the vessel, and if a vessel fails inspection, CBH can instruct a vessel to be removed from the berth if it is preventing another vessel from loading at the same berth.
Cleanliness. The employer shall keep the lodging accommodation in a clean state and free from effluvia arising from any drain, sanitary convenience or any other nuisance. The employer shall ensure regular cleaning of the lodging accommodation including its surrounding yard. The employer shall provide adequate covered bins for the storage of refuse.

The Resident shall keep the Premises and the Suite in a proper state of cleanliness at all times during the Term, including cleaning all common areas located within the Suite, including, without limitation, the bathrooms, living space and kitchen, regularly and properly caring for any furnishings, fixtures and equipment supplied by the Manager. The Resident hereby agrees and acknowledges that their failure to adhere to the foregoing may result in subsequent pest and other issues in the Building and may result in sanctions against the Resident including, without limitation, the imposition of any charges accrued by the Manager to bring back the Premises and the Suite to a state of reasonable cleanliness.
Cleanliness a. I will keep my Unit and shared areas clean, orderly, sanitary, and in good condition at all times. This includes, but is not limited to keeping my Unit free from accumulations of debris, filth, rubbish, and garbage and disposing of the same at reasonable and regular intervals.
b. I will comply with any University prescribed corrective action within 24 hours of the University informing me that my Unit has fallen below acceptable health and safety standards.
Cleanliness. Upon acceptance of your lease you are bound to take the premises in the condition as seen at the time of your inspection. It is a term of the Residential Tenancy Agreement that at the end of the tenancy the tenant(s) must give back the premises to the landlord in a reasonable condition and in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
