Cleanup of Project and Site. The Contractor shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by operations under the Contract. At completion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove from and about the Project waste materials, rubbish, the Contractor’s tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials. If the Contractor fails to clean up as provided in the Contract Documents, the University may do so and the cost thereof shall be charged to the Contractor. Any additional cleaning requirements are as stated in the Supplementary General Conditions. Upon completion of the Work, the Contractor shall promptly remove from the premises construction equipment and any waste materials not previously disposed of, leaving the premises thoroughly clean and ready for occupancy. When two or more Contractors are engaged in work at or near the site, each shall be responsible for cleanup and removal of its own rubbish, equipment, and any waste materials not previously disposed. In the event the Contractor does not maintain the Project or the site clear of debris and rubbish in a manner acceptable to the Design Professional or University, the University may, at its option, cause the Project or site to be properly cleaned and may withhold the incurred expense from payments due the Contractor or otherwise receive reimbursement from the Contractor.

At all times while finish Work is underway, floors shall be kept broom clean. Upon completion of the Work, the Licensee shall promptly remove from the premise’s construction equipment and any waste materials not previously disposed of, leaving the premises thoroughly clean and ready for occupancy. When two or more contractors are engaged in Work at or near the site, each shall be responsible for cleanup and removal of its own rubbish, equipment, and any waste materials not previously disposed. In the event the Licensee does not maintain the Project or the Site clear of debris and rubbish in a manner acceptable to the Trustees, the Trustees may cause the Project or Site to be properly cleaned and may withhold the expense incurred therefor from payments due the Licensee.

When two or more contractors are engaged in Work at or near the site, each shall be responsible for cleanup and removal of its own rubbish, equipment, and any waste materials not previously disposed. In the event Design-Builder does not maintain the Project or the Site clear of debris and rubbish in a manner acceptable to the Trustees, the Trustees may opt to arrange to clean the Project or Site withhold the expense incurred therefor from payments due Design-Builder.‌

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Access to Project Site ‌ City will make available, no later than the commencement date designated in the current construction Schedule accepted by City, the lands and facilities upon which the Work is to be performed, including such access and other lands and facilities designated in the Contract Documents, for use by Contractor.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.
