Common use of Cleanup (Remedial) Design Clause in Contracts

Cleanup (Remedial) Design. The objective of this subtask is to prepare solicitations and contracts for consultant design and oversight to implement any of the Final Cleanup Plans that are developed for this project. The Coalition members will have the lead responsibility to develop such solicitations and contracts and shall work in conjunction with the EPA Project Officer and IDEQ. No specific budget has been allocated for this subtask, but funding may be available depending on which specific properties are assessed and the extent of the cleanup required for each property. Specific milestones and deliverables for this subtask include: • Solicitations and contracts developed for specific properties as budget allows.
