CLEARING OF THE EMPLOYEE RECORD. If, after six (6) months of the last discipline issued, no further violations requiring discipline occur, the last discipline issued will be expunged from the employee record and will not be used as a basis for determining the next step of progressive discipline. A reopener will occur in 2023 to assess as to whether one (1) year will be reinstated.
