CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Splitting. 13.7.1 To order High Frequency Spectrum on a particular Loop, Dialog must have a DSLAM collocated in the central office that serves the End User of such Loop.‌ 13.7.2 CLEC must provide its own splitters in a central office and have installed its DSLAM in that central office. 13.7.3 Dialog may purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. Dialog may use such splitters for access to its end users and to provide digital line subscriber services to its end users using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4- Central Office shall apply. 13.7.4 Any splitters installed by Dialog in its collocation arrangement shall comply with ANSI T1.413, Annex E, or any future ANSI splitter Standards. Dialog may install any splitters that AT&T deploys or permits to be deployed for itself or any AT&T affiliate.
