CLEC to CLEC Conversions for Unbundled Loops. 2.6.1 The CLEC to CLEC conversion process, located on AT&T‟s CLEC Online website, for unbundled loops may be used by NuVox when converting an existing unbundled loop from another CLEC for the same customer. The loop type being converted must be included in NuVox‟s Interconnection Agreement before requesting a conversion. 2.6.2 To utilize the CLEC to CLEC conversion process, the loop being converted must be the same loop type with no requested changes to the loop, must serve the same customer location from the same serving wire center, and must not require an outside dispatch to provision. 2.6.3 The loops converted to NuVox pursuant to the CLEC to CLEC conversion process shall be provisioned in the same manner and with the same functionality and options as described in this Attachment for the specific loop type.

The loop Loop type being converted must be included in NuVox‟s NOS Communications, Inc.’s Interconnection Agreement before requesting a conversion. 2.6.2 4.23.2 To utilize the CLEC to CLEC conversion process, the loop Loop being converted must be the same loop Loop type with no requested changes to the loopLoop, must serve the same customer end user location from the same serving wire center, and must not require an outside dispatch to provision. 2.6.3 4.23.3 The loops Loops converted to NuVox NOS Communications, Inc. pursuant to the CLEC to CLEC conversion process shall be provisioned in the same manner and with the same functionality and options as described in this Attachment for the specific loop Loop type. 6. The loop Loop type being converted must be included in NuVox‟s Knology’s Interconnection Agreement before requesting a conversion. 2.6.2 2.1.14.1 To utilize the CLEC to CLEC conversion process, the loop Loop being converted must be the same loop Loop type with no requested changes to the loopLoop, must serve the same customer End User location from the same serving wire center, and must not require an outside dispatch to provision. 2.6.3 2.1.14.2 The loops Loops converted to NuVox Knology pursuant to the CLEC to CLEC conversion process shall be provisioned in the same manner and with the same functionality and options as described in this Attachment for the specific loop Loop type.
