Common use of Client Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Client Conflicts. If this Agreement is between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Advisors and related or joint clients (i.e. husband and wife, life partners, etc.), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Advisors’ services will be based upon the joint goals communicated by Client to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Advisors. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Advisors will be permitted to rely upon instructions from either party with respect to disposition of the Account, unless and until such reliance is revoked in writing to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Advisors. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Advisors will not be responsible for any claims or damages resulting from such reliance or from any change in the status of the relationship between the clients.
