Common use of Client Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Client Cooperation. Client must promptly notify ReaQta following the discovery of any Error. Further, upon discovery of an Error, Client agrees, if requested by ReaQta, to submit to ReaQta a listing of output and any other data that ReaQta may require to reproduce the Error and the operating conditions under which the Error occurred or was discovered. In addition, Client is responsible for procuring, installing, and maintaining all equipment, communications interfaces, and other hardware necessary to operate the ReaQta Software and to obtain maintenance and support services from ReaQta. ReaQta will not be responsible for delays caused by events or circumstances beyond ReaQta’s reasonable control.
