Common use of Client Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Client Eligibility. The Subrecipient shall establish, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to determine client eligibility based on each of the following three factors: (1) a documented diagnosis of HIV; (2) low-income; and (3) residency in the service area.
