Program Services Clause Samples

The "Program Services" clause defines the specific services or activities that a party, typically a service provider, is obligated to deliver under the agreement. It outlines the scope, nature, and sometimes the standards or methods by which these services will be provided, such as educational programs, consulting, or technical support. By clearly specifying what services are included, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations and deliverables, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over the scope of work.
