Common use of Client Environment Clause in Contracts

Client Environment. As part of Maintenance Services, Contractor is responsible for the management of physical workstations dedicated to the application, ensuring these workstations are configured, maintained, and updated to optimize performance and security of the Solution. Contractor must: a. Configure all physical workstations according to the specified requirements for optimal performance of the Solution, including hardware configurations, operating system settings, and any necessary software installations. b. Manage and apply all necessary security patches and updates to the operating systems and any installed software on the workstations to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with the latest security standards. Implement automated systems for Software Updates and patch management across all remote workstations to maintain consistency and security across the network. c. Regularly monitor workstation performance to identify and address any issues that could impact the user experience or the effective use of the Solution. Utilize Software solutions for continuous monitoring of System performance and health, including tools that can predict potential issues before they occur, allowing for preemptive action to avoid downtime. d. Maintain an up-to-date inventory list of all workstations installed and maintained at multiple County locations. The inventory listing must, at minimum, include: i. Workstation ID, ii. Workstation type (e.g., Tenprint, Latent, Full), iii. Workstation serial number,
