CLIENT GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. Contractor agrees to establish and maintain procedures to address grievances or complaints of persons receiving services from the Contractor under this Agreement. These grievance procedures shall be prominently displayed on Contractor’s premises and state that the Contractor receives funds from the City of Houston Health Department (HHD). Contractor shall immediately provide HHD with copies of all grievances or complaints received by the Contractor.
