Common use of Client License Clause in Contracts

Client License. Client hereby grants ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ an unlimited license to distribute, store, forward or copy all materials supplied by Client on ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’ systems, in a manner deemed appropriate by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, but solely to the extent this is reasonably required for the purpose of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’ fulfilment of the Agreement.
