Common use of Client Portal Clause in Contracts

Client Portal. 13.1 The Client, at Our discretion, may, from time to time, be given access to a private space on the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website, where they will have access to any resources and tools that ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ may, from time to time, deem appropriate. Where the Client accesses the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website for this purpose, the Client is required to comply with the terms of use and privacy policy notified on the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website. 13.2 Where the Client accesses items, designs, materials and other works made available to them, the Client agrees not to copy, issue to third parties, display or adapt the items, designs and other works, except where the Client is in possession of the relevant title to do so, or where the Client has permission from the copyright holder.
