Common use of Client References Clause in Contracts

Client References. A Contractor must submit three references as part of the proposal submission on the forms provided in Appendix E (Submission #7). The State retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the responding company’s ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work or sell products under this Contract, as it deems necessary to ensure satisfactory work.
