The Submission Format clause defines the required structure and method for delivering documents, data, or other materials under an agreement. Submission Format. To participate in the tendering process, bidders must complete the forms included in the appendices. The forms may contain protected sections and modifications will be limited to the entry of the required information (i.e. price, discounts, etc.). Other modifications are not permitted. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that formulas and calculations are accurate. Those who do not comply with the above instructions will not receive further consideration. Each of the specifications listed in the Specifications Section is mandatory. Assigning a price to any one module in the Vendor Response Pricing Table indicates the bidder’s product can provide full and complete functionality for the module / functionality listed.
Submission Format. 4.2.1. Required Forms: complete and return all required forms. If the form is not applicable, please return with “Not Applicable” or “N/A” in large letters across the form.

Submission Format. 1. The Proposal should be written on standard size (8½" x 11") paper using generally accessible word processing and document formats conducive to cut-and-paste transfer of information to contracts or other summary documents. 2. Proposers should structure responses as outlined in this RFP. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the reference contact information is correct and current. Agency staff will not track down references. Bidders should verify before submitting their bid that the contact person and phone number are correct for each reference. Agency staff must be able to reach two (2) references for a bidder within two (2) business days of bid opening to be considered responsive. Further, the bidder must score a minimum of six (6) points on each Reference Score Sheet which will be used by the agency staff when interviewing the two (2) references (for a total minimum scoring requirement of twelve (12) points) to be considered responsive and/or responsible. (See Section 6.5 and Attachments C and D.) Only bidders who are found responsive and/or responsible will have their bids considered. Bidder may submit as many references as desired. Agency staff will begin contacting references at the top of the list and will continue down the list until they have completed Reference Score Sheets for two (2) references. After two (2) score sheets are completed, the reference check process will end.
Submission Format. Respondents shall provide detailed information to allow the City to properly evaluate the submission. The City requests the following format be used: a. Hard copy submissions shall be bound only utilizing a staple or binder clip. Do not submit responses in a binder or file folder. b. Entire submission shall be no more than 200 pages in length c. Utilize tabs to identify exhibits and attachments d. The submission shall be in the following order: 1.
