Common use of Client References Clause in Contracts

Client References. Offeror shall provide as references the names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and contract person for at least (3) representative customers, preferably within public institutions. References must be for work that is of a similar size and scope as the scope anticipated in this RFP, or closely related, such as Offeror-managed OCIPs or CCIPs. Reference must not be from a person, company or organization with any special interest, financial or otherwise, in the Offeror.
