Client Relationship Sample Clauses
The Client Relationship clause defines the nature and boundaries of the professional relationship between the parties involved, typically clarifying that the agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. It often specifies that each party remains independent and is responsible for its own actions, and may outline expectations regarding communication, decision-making authority, and confidentiality. This clause is essential for preventing misunderstandings about the legal status of the parties, ensuring that liabilities and obligations are clearly allocated and that neither party is inadvertently granted rights or responsibilities beyond those expressly agreed upon.
