Client’s Representative. The Client’s Representative shall be the Head of HR Delivery or such representative appointed by the Client to act in the name of the Client for the purposes of the Contract. The client’s representative will be taken to be the person signing up to be the authorised person/manager on the DBS/eBulk account application.
