Utility Routing and Design Services Limited Clause Samples

The 'Utility Routing and Design Services Limited' clause defines the scope and limitations of services related to the planning and design of utility routes within a project. Typically, this clause clarifies that the contractor or service provider is only responsible for certain aspects of utility routing and design, such as preliminary layouts or coordination with utility companies, and may exclude detailed engineering or construction work. By setting clear boundaries on what services are included, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about responsibilities and ensures that both parties are aware of any additional work that may require separate agreements or compensation.
