Client’s Representative. Client shall, prior to the commencement of Services by Engineer, name a representative (“Client’s Representative”) with authority to receive information and transmit instructions for Client. Client’s Representative shall be vested with authority to act on behalf of Client and Engineer shall be entitled to rely on Client’s Representative’s communications with regard to the Services.
