Common use of CLIENTS TO BE SERVED Clause in Contracts

CLIENTS TO BE SERVED. 8 1. Orange County Residents; 9 2. Experiencing a behavioral health emergency, may have a co-occurring disorder, at risk of 10 hospitalization and cannot wait for a regularly scheduled appointment; and 11 3. Between the ages of thirteen (13) and fifty-nine (59), including Transitional Age Youth 12 (TAY) between the ages of eighteen and twenty-five. Adults over sixty years of age whose needs are 13 compatible with those of other clients may be included in target population if they require the same level 14 of care and supervision.
