Climate Control Systems. Contractor shall maintain the heating and air conditioning units on all vehicles in proper working order so that each is available at any time during the Burbank Bus service days and offer a comfortable environment inside the vehicle regardless of the outside climatic conditions. Contractor shall require drivers continually monitor climate control units during the day to ensure such units are operating properly. Revenue vehicles without functioning heating or air conditioning shall be replaced within one hour or sooner.
