CONTROL SYSTEM. (a) SELLER shall provide and maintain a quality control system to an industry recognized Quality Standard and in compliance with any other specific quality requirements identified in this Contract. (b) Records of all quality control inspection work by SELLER shall be kept complete and available to LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its customers.
CONTROL SYSTEM. Detailed control system capabilities and features will be developed and agreed upon by the Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner, NYISO and PJM at the conclusion of the detailed equipment design of the Merchant Transmission Facility.

CONTROL SYSTEM. 1. The Parties hereby establish a control system for the purpose of verifying compliance with their obligations under this Treaty. 2. The control system shall comprise: (a) reports and exchange of information as provided for in Article 9; (b) consultations as provided for in Article 10 and Annex 4(1); (c) the application to peaceful nuclear activities of safeguards by the IAEA as provided for in Annex 2; (d) a complaints procedure as provided for in Annex 4.
CONTROL SYSTEM. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a system for documenting, monitoring, inspecting, verifying, and testing of the work and that of his subcontractors to ensure that all applicable requirements of the contract documents are met. The Contractor shall be diligent to ensure that the quality of workmanship is satisfactory, that the installation meets all manufacturer requirements, that dimensional requirements are met, that defective materials are not used, and that all required protection and control and laboratory testing procedures are affected. Where specific testing procedures are not stipulated, the Contractor shall establish and conduct a test procedure to ensure adherence to specified quality.
