Clinical Validation. Licensor will provide access to all newly created clinical data involving the Applications as well as, where feasible, access to all existing clinical data. Licensor will also provide services related to further clinical validation of the Applications in combination with drugs. Services shall specifically include the composition of grant applications for clinical validation studies, as well as assistance with any funded clinical validation studies. Costs associated with these activities shall be covered by Pear at reasonable rates to be agreed by both parties.
