The deliverables set forth in Exhibit D are required during the Project’s Close-Out and prior to Final Payment, to include but not limited to. a) A complete set of the Contractor’s Project files b) A complete set of product manuals (O&M), training videos, warranties, etc. c) As built record drawings d) Attic stock and schedule e) Equipment schedule f) Proposed schedule of maintenance g) Environmental, health & safety documents
