Closed Sites Clause Samples

The "Closed Sites" clause defines the rules and implications regarding locations that are no longer operational or accessible for the purposes of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what happens if a site is shut down, such as the cessation of services, transfer of responsibilities, or adjustment of obligations related to that site. For example, if a warehouse or office is closed, the clause may specify how inventory, equipment, or personnel are to be managed. Its core function is to provide clarity and prevent disputes by establishing procedures and responsibilities when a site is closed during the term of the contract.
