Closing an Account. Either you or we may close your Account for any reason. You may close your Account at any time, and we may close your Account without disclosing the specific reason for our actions and without prior notice at any time. We will not be liable for dishonoring any item or other debit drawn on your Account and presented for payment after the Account has been closed. If we close your Account, we may mail you a notice and issue a check for the final balance to you.
