Common use of Cluster Substitute Clause in Contracts

Cluster Substitute. A “cluster” substitute teacher is any person with proper qualifications (including, but not lim- ited to a satisfactory performance evaluation as a long term substitute teacher in a prior year) who is assigned to a cluster office for a full year to rotate in the various cluster schools, as needed, on a daily basis.
