Coastal Construction Control Line. If all or part of any transferred real property is located seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line as defined in Section 161.053, Florida Statutes (the “CCCL”), Florida Law requires the seller thereof to provide the buyer thereof with an affidavit, or a survey meeting the requirements of Chapter 472 of the Florida Statutes, delineating the location of the CCCL on the subject real property at or prior to the closing of the transfer of such real property, unless the purchaser thereof waives such requirement in writing. In the event that the foregoing sentence is applicable to the transfer and sale of any real property transferred hereunder, Purchaser hereby waives the right to receive a CCCL affidavit or survey.
