Code of Ordinances a. The Operator represents that he is familiar with the provisions of Article III of Chapter 8 of the Code of Ordinances of Houston, Texas, as amended, (“City Code Provisions”) which are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement by reference.
b. The Operator agrees to comply with the said City Code Provisions and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement in providing auto wrecker services. It is expressly understood and agreed that any City Code Provisions amendments hereafter adopted by the City Council of the City of Houston, Texas, will become part of this Agreement by reference upon their effective date. It shall be the obligation of the Operator to take notice of such amendments by virtue of their adoption, and the City shall not be obligated to provide any personal notice of such amendments to the Operator.
Code of Ordinances. This Agreement is in addition to and not in derogation of any existing Ordinances set forth in the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cambria, which may affect the ethanol plant, its construction, use and/or maintenance.
Code of Ordinances. This Agreement is in addition to and not in derogation of any of the existing ordinances set forth in the Code of Ordinances of Windsor, which Code of Ordinances (the “Ordinances”) remains applicable to Certified Survey Map No. 14444 (as hereinafter described) in its entirety.
Code of Ordinances. The City shall review its Building Code to ensure it has adopted the current building codes adopted by the State of Michigan. The City will adopt such ordinances and resolutions according to the W.R.F.D. to provide for a uniform Fire Prevention Code, EMS and cost recovery provisions and shall adopt the amendments to the same amendments to the City Code as adopted by the Township. The City confirms that it has designated, by resolution or as otherwise required by law, that the fire investigators for the W.R.F.D are authorized to act as fire investigators in and for the City. The City shall not make any changes to the City’s Code of Ordinances that impact Fire Services, Fire Code Enforcement or Cost Recovery, without the prior review and approval of the Fire Chief. All costs recovered by the W.R.F.D. pursuant to such Code, resolutions and ordinances shall belong to the Township regardless of the community in which they were incurred.

The City of New Braunfels Code of Ordinances, in the form existing on the Full Execution Date hereof (together with any uncodified ordinances existing as of that date), as it may be amended from time to time, but only to the extent that such amendments are considered Applicable New Ordinances. Such Code of Ordinances existing on the Full Execution Date, together with any uncodified ordinances existing on the Full Execution Date, are attached hereto as Exhibit D.
