Resolutions and Ordinances Sample Clauses

The 'Resolutions and Ordinances' clause defines the procedures and authority for a governing body, such as a board of directors or municipal council, to formally adopt decisions and rules. Typically, this clause outlines how resolutions (formal decisions or expressions of intent) and ordinances (binding rules or laws) are proposed, discussed, and enacted, often requiring a specific voting process or quorum.
